Don and Mari spent years as missionaries in Hong Kong/China, where they met. Don was primarily in the Bible courier ministry, Mari worked as Financial Administrator in Asian Outreach Int'l. After having been married for two years and serving together, God called them to Colorado, where Don had this property and had a vision for Shekinah Ranch since 1984. They have been active in various foreign mission projects at Winter Park Christian Church (home church) as well as a mission organization and a mission network.

Doug Toller

Pastor, Vice-President

Doug was born on July 26, 1950 in Walsenburg Colorado, and born again on July 1, 1974 in British Columbia, Canada. He attended Adams State College, and Fort Wayne Bible College (now Taylor University). He served on the pastoral staff of Redeemer Temple Church, a non-denominational church in Denver, Colorado from 1978 -1988. In the spring of 1988, Winter Park Christian Center asked Redeemer Temple Church to consider providing a pastor to serve them. Doug and his wife Marti sensed God’s call to fill the pastorate and the board of elders confirmed it. Doug served through 2020 as the Senior Pastor of Winter Park Christian Church (Center). Doug and Marti were married in 1976 and God has blessed them with 6 children and 13 grandchildren at this time.

Joshua Huggins

Director

Joshua serves as the Agency Managing Director for Whiteboard Creative Agency, a digital marketing firm with a heart for help redemptive brands. Previously, Josh spent 13 years with the WinShape Foundation, a ministry of the Cathy family of Chick-fil-A. He served in areas of marketing, web, and hospitality. Josh is from Georgia and lives in Tennessee with his wife and 3 kids.

Oliver Dossmann

Director

​

Oliver Dossmann is the co-founder of Mission to Missionaries and has served as the ministry's President since its inception in 1998. Oliver is originally from Paris, France. His parents became missionaries with Reach Beyond (formally known as HCJB World Radio) in 1983 at which time his family moved to Ecuador, South America. Oliver attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and later Union University in Jackson, Tennessee where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (1995) and a Masters in Business Administration - MBA (1997).

​

Oliver met Rachel at Union and they were married in 2000. They have two boys, Alexander and Zachary, and two girls, Liana and Kaylee. Oliver enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and traveling. One of his greatest personal accomplishments was riding a bicycle  from Colorado to Alaska

​

Oliver owns ExpressionSolutions.com, an IT and website design company serving clients across the world.
