Don and Mari spent years as missionaries in Hong Kong/China, where they met. Don was primarily in the Bible courier ministry, Mari worked as Financial Administrator in Asian Outreach Int'l. After having been married for two years and serving together, God called them to Colorado, where Don had this property and had a vision for Shekinah Ranch since 1984. They have been active in various foreign mission projects at Winter Park Christian Church (home church) as well as a mission organization and a mission network.
Doug Toller
Pastor, Vice-President
Doug was born on July 26, 1950 in Walsenburg Colorado, and born again on July 1, 1974 in British Columbia, Canada. He attended Adams State College, and Fort Wayne Bible College (now Taylor University). He served on the pastoral staff of Redeemer Temple Church, a non-denominational church in Denver, Colorado from 1978 -1988. In the spring of 1988, Winter Park Christian Center asked Redeemer Temple Church to consider providing a pastor to serve them. Doug and his wife Marti sensed God’s call to fill the pastorate and the board of elders confirmed it. Doug served through 2020 as the Senior Pastor of Winter Park Christian Church (Center). Doug and Marti were married in 1976 and God has blessed them with 6 children and 14 grandchildren at this time.
Joshua Huggins
Director
Joshua serves as the Agency Managing Director for Whiteboard Creative Agency, a digital marketing firm with a heart for help redemptive brands. Previously, Josh spent 13 years with the WinShape Foundation, a ministry of the Cathy family of Chick-fil-A. He served in areas of marketing, web, and hospitality. Josh is from Georgia and lives in Tennessee with his wife and 3 kids.
Oliver Dossmann
Director
Oliver Dossmann is the co-founder of Mission to Missionaries DBA EdenRidge and has served as the ministry's President since its inception in 1998. Oliver is originally from Paris, France. His parents became missionaries with Reach Beyond (formerlyHCJB World Radio) in 1983 at which time his family moved to Ecuador, South America. Oliver attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and later Union University in Jackson, Tennessee where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (1995) and a Master in Business Administration - MBA (1997).
Oliver enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and traveling. One of his greatest personal accomplishments was riding a bicycle from Colorado to Alaska.

Joe Courtney
Director
Joe Courtney serves as Senior Pastor of Kremmling Community Church in Grand County, Colorado, and works to unite pastors and churches across the region around the essentials of the gospel for greater Kingdom impact.
He is also the founder of Dead Man Revival and the author of Dead Man Manifesto: 10 Confessions of a Kingdom Leader. After more than two decades across pastoring, marketplace leadership, and missions, Joe stepped away from a platform-driven life to walk with men ready to die to the old self and live fully in Christ, discipling them through surrender, brotherhood, and the slow, sacred path of apprenticeship to Jesus.
His teaching is shaped by New Covenant discipleship, Spirit-empowered formation, and an unwavering call to follow Christ. Whether preaching on Sunday, leading a formation group, or sitting across from a weary pastor, Joe carries one conviction: Jesus didn’t come to make better men. He came to make new men.
Joe first came to Shekinah Ranch as a road-weary minister and found peace and refreshing he had not known anywhere else. Today he lives down the road from Rocky Mountain National Park with his wife and their four daughters.
